Tsunami Trading does not give away, sell or rent our membership list or other member data to any other organization or individual.  We will take every reasonable precaution to keep our membership data and backup data secure and protected.

Joining our Mailing List.
When you join Tsunami Trading you will be added to our mailing list and will receive periodic newsletters, reports, and notices.  If you wish, you may request that you not receive e-mail, even though you retain membership.  You may join other e-mail discussion groups and mailing lists that Tsunami Trading may host.  Our mailing list data is held and protected by Tsunami Trading and conforms to these policy rules.  However, since our lists are hosted by an outside Internet Service Provider, and since mail can be easily forwarded, members are encouraged to regard any mailing list postings as public.

Why and How We Collect Personal Information
We collect personal information about you for business purposes, such as providing services to you.  The personal information we collect about you may include:  (1) information you provide to us on applications and other forms, such as your name, address, e-mail address, (2) information about your transactions with us, our affiliates and others and (3) information we receive from a consumer reporting agency.

In order to support the  products and services we provide to you, we may share the personal information described above with third-party service providers and joint marketers not affiliated with us, including:  (1) financial service institutions (e.g., advisers, dealers, brokers, trust companies and banks) with who we have joint marketing agreements, such as agreements to market financial services or products that we jointly offer, endorse or sponsor; and (2) companies under contract to perform services for us or on our behalf, such as vendors that prepare and mail statements and transaction confirmations or provide data processing and marketing services.  These companies acting on out behalf are required to keep your personal information confidential.
